However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reconsider your project. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure clarity and transparency.
Order Process
Our website design projects follow a structured workflow, starting from the next working day after you confirm your order. Each phase is integral to delivering the best results and involves significant time and effort.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
To qualify for a full refund, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of confirming your order. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs within this timeframe.
Partial Refund
If you request a cancellation after the initial 24-hour window, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the progress made in your project. A cancellation fee will be applied to cover the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
The percentage of the cancellation fee is determined based on the project stage:
- Stage 1: Requirement Gathering & Initial Consultation = 20%
- Stage 2: Design & Wireframe Development = 40%
- Stage 3: Content Integration & Customization = 60%
- Stage 4: Final Edits & Testing = 80%
- Stage 5: Deployment & Handover = 90%
Once the project reaches the final stages, refunds are no longer available as most of the work has been completed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Any third-party tools, plugins, or subscriptions purchased as part of your project are non-refundable.
Modifications and Changes
After the design has been finalized or approved by the client, any requests for significant modifications will be considered a new task and may incur additional charges.
Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If delays occur due to incomplete information, delayed approvals, or unresponsive communication from the client.
- If the project scope changes significantly after the initial agreement.
- For dissatisfaction with previously approved design stages or completed work.
